TollyPrema (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is a Telugu movie review aggregator built and operated as a personal project. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding it.

Information We Collect

Information you provide

• Waitlist submissions — name, email address, and an optional reason for interest when you request early access.
• Feedback — any message and optional star rating you submit through the Feedback form.
• Votes — your agree/disagree votes on critic review scores (stored without linking to a personal identity; we use browser-local state to prevent duplicate votes).

Information collected automatically

• Cookies — we set a beta_access cookie when you redeem a beta invite. This cookie contains your email address and expires after 30 days. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
• Server logs — standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) retained by our hosting provider (Vercel) per their own privacy policy.

How We Use Your Information

• To send you a beta invite when your waitlist request is approved.
• To read and act on feedback you submit.
• To maintain aggregate reviewer accuracy scores (vote data is not linked to your identity).
• We do not sell, share, or rent your personal information to third parties.
• We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.

Data Storage

Waitlist entries, invite codes, and feedback are stored in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database hosted in the United States. By submitting your information, you consent to this storage.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your waitlist entry or feedback at any time by emailing us. We will process removal requests within 14 days.

Third-Party Services

The site uses the following third-party services, each subject to their own privacy policies:

• Vercel — hosting and deployment
• Supabase — database
• The Movie Database (TMDB) — movie metadata and poster images
• YouTube Data API — surfacing reaction videos for the Audience Pulse feature
• X (Twitter) API — surfacing tweets for the Audience Pulse feature

Children's Privacy

TollyPrema is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
