By accessing or using TollyPrema (“the site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. About TollyPrema
TollyPrema is a Telugu movie review aggregator that collects and presents scores from third-party critics, computes a weighted TollyPrema Score, and displays real-time audience sentiment signals. It is a personal, independent project and is not affiliated with any film studio, distributor, or review publication.
2. Beta Access
The site is currently in private beta. Access is by invitation only. Your invite link is personal and intended for your use only. Sharing your invite link with others is permitted but may result in your access being revoked if abused.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to scrape, copy, or reproduce site content at scale without permission.
- Submit false, misleading, or abusive information via the waitlist or feedback forms.
- Attempt to manipulate reviewer accuracy scores through coordinated or artificial voting.
- Use automated tools to interact with the site in ways that degrade its performance for others.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its data.
4. Content and Accuracy
Review scores, metadata, and audience sentiment signals displayed on TollyPrema are sourced from third parties (critics, YouTube, social media). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on the site. TollyPrema Scores are algorithmic composites and should be treated as one input among many, not as definitive verdicts.
5. Intellectual Property
Movie posters and metadata are sourced from The Movie Database (TMDB) under their terms of use. Review excerpts are attributed to their original publishers. The TollyPrema name, logo, scoring methodology, and original site content are owned by us and may not be reproduced without permission.
6. Feedback
Any feedback you submit through the site may be used to improve TollyPrema without compensation or attribution to you.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on information presented on TollyPrema, including decisions about whether to watch a film. During the beta period, the site may be unavailable, slow, or contain bugs.
8. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
